How long has Palladium Hotel Group offered the Family Selection concept?

Palladium Hotel Group introduced Family Selection in 2018 in Puerto Vallarta and Costa Mujeres to provide a VIP family-focused experience. The concept is available at resorts such as the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa. In December 2023, the concept expanded to the Riviera Maya’s newly renovated Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa.

What is the response from guests who have stayed in Family Selection accommodations?

Guest feedback to Family Selection accommodations has been overwhelmingly positive. The concept’s unique offerings, including private check-in lounges, exclusive pools, family-friendly amenities and dedicated Family Hosts, have been well received by families. What are some of the features and amenities for parents?

Parents staying at Grand Palladium Kantenah can attend the newly added ‘Bravo Dinner & Dance,’ which offers the perfect escape for a date night. This unique experience artfully combines gourmet dining with captivating entertainment. Every 30 minutes, attendees will be able to enjoy vibrant dance shows and live music. With a capacity of 134 people, Bravo offers tables for two and four people for an intimate experience.

Palladium also offers babysitting services to assist with all special requests during their stay at the Riviera Maya destination, as well as a nanny at the Costa Mujeres and Riviera Nayarit resorts, so that parents can spend time alone together. The properties also offer Baby Club, a space for infants, which is equipped with a nursery with cribs, areas to crawl and play and bathrooms with potty chairs.

Parents at properties in Costa Mujeres and Riviera Maya have the opportunity to visit Chic Cabaret & Restaurant located at TRS Hotels, which offer a five-course dining experience accompanied by an acrobatic show, glamorous costumes, choreographies and music of all genres.

Kids up to 17 can take the lead as a ‘Family Boss,’ providing them with special amenities, services and facilities to create an incomparable experience. What kind of access do families have to the resorts beyond the Family Selection program?

Guests have access to all Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in the same complex, including facilities and restaurants. POP Entertainment is a delightful and engaging experience providing guests with an unforgettable vacation filled with fun and excitement. The POP Entertainment team offers a unique program that is curated daily with something for all types of guests. Just some of the activities include dance and fitness classes, Spanish lessons, mixology and culinary workshops, aqua aerobics and beach yoga. Through the Palladium app, guests will have access to the daily activities in order to plan accordingly.
