The Gallery of Our Lady of Bethlehem, an extraordinary gallery of altarpieces and paintings, mostly oil, dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries, some of which were made by Miguel Cabrera. Also, inside this picturesque musuem you will be in contact with some religious documents such as images and files of the church that correspond to different times.

The island where the Sanctuary of the Broken Christ is located, is in the heart of the President Elías Calles Dam, in the municipality of San José de Gracia, Aguascalientes. The image of the Broken Christ is 25 meters tall, and it is fixed on a 3 meter-tall base, thus being 28 meters in height, and regarded as one of the highest in the country. The sculpture is visible from a distance, the access can only be by water boats, with all the security levels for the transportation of the visitors, then there is a staircase that takes you to the sanctuary to appreciate the majestic image. At the feet of the Christ, in the esplanade, there are 24 niches where the replicas of the most appreciated and representative Christs of the state can be appreciated. The Broken Christ is a religious work, based on the novel of the Jesuit Priest Ramón Cué Romano; on the base of the Christ its plate triggers many a time the feeling of the visitors: LEAVE ME BROKEN………UPON SEEING ME BROKEN I WANT YOU TO REMEMBER ALL YOUR BROTHERS, WHO, LIKE ME, BROKEN, CRUSHED, DESTITUTED, OPPRESSED, SICK, MUTILATED……WITH NO ARMS AS THEY HAVE NO POSSIBILITIES OR WAYS TO WORK, WITHOUT FEET AS THEIR ROADS HAVE ALL BEEN BLOCKED, WITHOUT CROSS, AS THEIR HONOR AND GOOD NAME HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM THEM. EVERYONE FORGETS ABOUT THEM AND TURN THEIR BACK ON THEM, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE JUST LIKE ME…….A BROKEN CHRIST.
