Holland America Line is launching a new “Have It All Early Booking Bonus” promotion for select cruises departing in April 2026-October 2026.

The promotion applies to a variety of itineraries, including cruises and cruisetours in Alaska, as well as voyages in Europe, Canada and New England.

“We’re inviting travelers to plan ahead and take advantage of exceptional value while exploring the beauty of Alaska with the cruise line that knows it best,” says Dan Rough, Holland America Line’s vice president of revenue management.

During the sale, travelers can save up to 60 percent off amenities with the line’s new best price guarantee.

Guests can also enjoy up to $300 in shore excursion credits, up to three nights of specialty dining, free prepaid crew appreciation, a free upgrade to the Elite Beverage Package and a free upgrade to the Premium Wi-Fi package when booking with the Have It All Premium fare.

Holland America current offer: Holland America Line Unveils Its Biggest Deal of the Year for Wave Season

Holland America Line is kicking off Wave Season with what it’s calling its biggest promotion of the year — one that combines some of the line’s most popular perks into a single, limited-time offer.

The cruise line’s new “Start Your Journey” promotion applies to more than 500 sailings from summer 2026 through spring 2027 and includes a mix of fare discounts, stateroom upgrades, onboard and shore excursion credits, free kids’ fares and more. Travelers can save up to 30 percent on cruise fares, score free balcony upgrades and even book reduced deposits on select voyages to destinations ranging from Alaska and the Caribbean to Europe and beyond.

“Whether discovering glaciers and wildlife in Alaska or the culture and history of Europe, Holland America believes the best journeys are those where the destination comes to life on and off the ship,” said Beth Bodensteiner, president of Holland America Line. “The ‘Start Your Journey’ offer is the perfect opportunity for guests to plan a vacation that combines exploration with relaxation and the best service at sea.”

What’s Included in the ‘Start Your Journey’ Offer

Guests who book select cruises with the promotion can take advantage of several savings and extras, where applicable, including:

• Up to 30 percent off cruise fares, with pricing starting as low as $162 per person, per day
• Reduced deposits, with 50 percent off the standard deposit for the first and second guests in a stateroom
• Free balcony upgrades, allowing guests to book a verandah for the price of an ocean-view, or an ocean-view for the price of an interior
• Free fares for kids, with guests ages 18 and under sailing free as the third or fourth passenger in a cabin (taxes, fees and port expenses apply)

Travelers who book by January 31 can also receive onboard credit, with amounts based on cruise length:

• $100 per person for cruises lasting six to nine days
• $150 per person for Alaska Cruisetours and cruises of 10 to 20 days
• $200 per person for cruises 21 days or longer
• $250 per person for Legendary Voyages

Those credits can be used toward specialty dining, spa services, shore excursions, onboard shopping and more.

Alaska sailings come with an additional perk. Guests booking 2026 Alaska cruises or Cruisetours by January 31 can receive up to $200 in shore excursion credit per stateroom when booking with a designated promo code (#1ALASKA26). Paired with a complimentary balcony upgrade, the bonus makes it easier to enjoy glacier views, wildlife sightings, and wilderness excursions from both onboard and ashore.

For guests booking with Holland America’s “Have It All” premium fare, the Wave Season bonuses stack on top of four built-in perks: shore excursions (based on cruise length), a Signature Beverage Package, specialty dining and a Wi-Fi Surf Package.

The promotion covers a wide range of itineraries, including Alaska Cruisetours that pair a cruise with overland adventures to Denali and the Yukon, as well as sailings to Europe, Canada and New England, Mexico, the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Australia and New Zealand, Asia and even Antarctica.

As with most Wave Season deals, there are a few fine-print details. The offer isn’t valid on Grand Voyages or cruises of five days or fewer, and cabin upgrades are subject to availability. Have It All Early Booking Bonus Offer (“Early Booking Bonus Offer”) is available for a limited time, on a first-come, first-served basis, to the first guests who make a new booking in connection with the Early Booking Bonus Offer while it is available. Advertised fares include Taxes and Fees. All values herein are in USD. The offer or its parts may be changed or revoked by Holland America Line (“HAL”) at any time. Other exclusions and terms may apply; void where prohibited. Early Booking Bonus Offer and its parts are neither transferable, substitutable, nor redeemable for cash. Early Booking Bonus Offer applies only to the cruise portion of Alaska cruisetours. Elite Beverage Package has a daily limit of 15 beverages, which includes all beverages priced at US$15 or less and beverage service charges. The Elite Beverage Package includes wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, sodas, bottled water (sparkling or still, 400ml or less), and coffee. Guests must order one beverage at a time and be 21 years+ for alcoholic beverages. Sharing of any beverage or package is not permitted. Beverage management/HAL reserve the right to revoke the package if misused and refuse service for any reason, including service of alcoholic beverages to intoxicated guests. The package excludes purchases made in The Shops, from the mini-bar, through 24-hour room service, or on Half Moon Cay.

Specialty Dining is based on cruise duration and ship type. For 6- to 9-day cruises, guests will receive one night at Pinnacle Grill, Canaletto, or Tamarind. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive one night at Pinnacle Grill or Canaletto. For 10- to 20-day cruises, guests will receive two nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill and one night at Canaletto and/or Tamarind. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive two nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill and one night at Canaletto. For 21+ day cruises (excluding Grand Voyages), guests will receive three nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill, one night at Tamarind, and one night at Canaletto. Shore Excursion Credit is based on cruise duration and is per person, not per stateroom. For Alaska cruisetours and 6- to 9-day cruises, eligible guests will receive US$100 credit per person to apply toward their shore excursion purchase(s). For 10- to 20-day cruises, eligible guests will receive US$200 credit per person to apply toward their shore excursion purchase(s). For 21+ day cruises (excluding Grand Voyages), eligible guests will receive US$300 credit per person to apply toward their shore excursion purchase(s). Shore Excursion Credit must be used pre-cruise when applied toward an Alaska Cruisetour Land Excursion purchase. Shore Excursion Credit must be used on corresponding cruise and is non-refundable. Shore Excursion Credit can neither be redeemed for cash value or airport transfers nor applied to a non–shore excursion item.

Wi-Fi Premium Package: All onboard Internet usage is subject to Holland America Line’s standard policies, which may limit browsing of some sites due to network security and bandwidth usage. Applications that use high bandwidth may be blocked and offerings are subject to change with or without notice. The plan can be activated on any device, but only one device can be actively connected at a time. Upgrades are available once on board for a single day, the remaining duration of the voyage, or adding more devices. 

Crew Appreciation: Receive free prepaid stateroom gratuities on board. Gratuities for other services, including bar, dining room, wine accounts, and spa/salon services, are not included.

Best Price Guarantee: If a guest books a HAL cruise with the Early Booking Bonus Offer (the “original booking”) and such guest finds a cheaper price for an identical booking within the duration of the Early Booking Bonus Offer (the “Comparison Fare”), the difference may be compensated in the form of an onboard credit, stateroom upgrade, or other method. HAL reserves the sole right to determine the method of compensation made to guests. A fare will be considered a Comparison Fare only if its booking consists of details that are identical to those of the original booking (including, but not limited to, the same ship, sail dates, stateroom category, and number of guests as the original booking). The amount of compensation will be determined by the difference between the booked fare and the current available fare displayed on HollandAmerica.com the day the request is received by HAL. A determination as to whether the located fare is identical to the original booking will be at HAL’s sole discretion.
