Princess Cruises is expanding its collection of cruisetours in Alaska in 2025 and 2026.
The line’s new cruisetour itineraries will give guests more opportunities to discover national parks like Glacier Bay, Denali, Wrangell St. Elias, Kenai Fjords and Katmai.
The expansion follows the successful launch of Princess’ 15-night “National Parks Expedition” cruisetour in 2024. In 2025 and 2026, the cruise line will offer new variations that visit three to five national parks, combined with the “Voyage of the Glaciers” seven-day cruise.
Travelers will also get to stay in four of Princess’ wilderness lodges, including Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge, Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge, Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge and Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge.
“There’s no better way to experience the breathtaking expanse of Alaska than by combining the luxury of a cruise with an immersive journey on land,” says Terry Thornton, chief commercial officer for Princess Cruises. “With our seamlessly crafted cruisetours, guests are brought directly to the doorsteps of some of the world’s most iconic national parks, allowing them to explore and soak in the awe-inspiring natural splendor that makes this destination truly unique.”
The 2025 national parks cruisetours are open for booking now. During the Alaska season, which runs from April to September, Princess will have seven ships sailing in the region. And, next summer, the line will have eight ships sailing to Alaska from five home ports, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver and Anchorage.
