Universal Orlando Resort will host Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval, which will run from February 7 to April 4, 2026, and include a considerable number of culinary experiences and Carnaval activities.
“The vibrant celebration will feature a nightly parade with glittering floats, high-energy street performers, and tons of colorful beads,” Universal Orlando said.
“And on select nights, guests and clients can enjoy live performances from some of the biggest names in music,” the company added. “Plus, guests can savor a diverse array of international cuisine along with mouthwatering dishes inspired by New Orleans’ iconic flavors.”
To raise the bar on the Mardi Gras experience, travelers can purchase the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience, which includes a three-course meal with one non-alcoholic beverage from a choice of five restaurants: The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar at Universal CityWalk; NBC Sports Grill & Brew at Universal CityWalk; Lombard’s Seafood Grille at Universal Studios Florida; Confisco Grille at Universal Islands of Adventure, which requires a 2-Park ticket; and Antojitos Authentic Mexican Restaurant at Universal CityWalk, which is available for dinner only.
“After dining, guests get to hop aboard a reserved spot on a Mardi Gras parade float and toss colorful beads to other guests as they wind the streets of the park – joining the celebration in true New Orleans style,” Universal Orlando said.
Rates for the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience start at $101.16 per person.
