National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions will unveil Evolve in 2027, which will join sister ship Connect, and sail on European Christmas market itineraries.
“Evolve gives us the ability to meet rising demand for our European river expeditions while staying true to our way of traveling – taking people to remarkable places and showing them how to see them in a truly authentic way,” said Lindblad Expeditions CEO Natalya Leahy.
Itinerary highlights include the “Christmas Markets on the Danube,” which will visit holiday markets in Budapest, Bratislava, Slovakia and Vienna, along with destinations such as Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic, and Salzburg and Domäne Wachau in Austria.
The “Christmas and New Year’s on the Danube: A Holiday Voyage” will also call at Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg, or Český Krumlov, as well as Passau, Germany.
“These new holiday voyages bring together what people are seeking right now: connection, tradition and shared discovery with the people who matter most,” Leahy said.
“Evolve allows us to offer more of those moments to more guests, without ever changing the essence of what we do,” she added.
