Saying “hello” to the New Year is going to be easier with all the amazing new Caribbean resorts expected to be opening in 2026.
From Aruba to the U.S. Virgin Islands, our curated list highlights some of the most anticipated openings, so take a read and be sure to check out our other lists of new hotels and resorts opening soon around the globe.
Caribbean Resorts Opening in 2026 – Aruba:
The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino

While not a new resort exactly, The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino is a new oceanfront tower expansion, expected to open early next year as a resort-within-a-resort concept. The tower will offer 161 rooms and suites, including adults-only swim-up options. Eighteen oceanfront suites will provide larger oceanfront stays. The tower will also feature an exclusive adults-only rooftop club.
Barbados:
Crystal Cove, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Crystal Cove will open as a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Barbados at the beginning of the year. The resort is all-inclusive and will offer a village-style feel, with plenty of programming for families and children to love, including a swim-up waterfall bar, a kids’ club, water sports and more. Accommodations include garden or ocean view rooms with private balconies.
Turtle Beach, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Turtle Beach, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel will open in Barbados in the middle of next year, offering an all-suite, all-inclusive resort experience on the island’s southern coast. The resort will provide plenty of fitness and wellness programming, along with family-friendly offerings and several dining outlets. Accommodations include garden view, ocean view and ocean front rooms, as well as some with connecting room configurations for larger groups or families.
Cayman Islands
Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa
Located near Seven Mile Beach and just ten minutes from the international airport is the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa on Grand Cayman. Opening in April, 2026, the resort will offer 382 rooms and suites, several dining venues, a spa, several pools, fitness center and large beachfront, with plenty of opportunities to snorkel or dive.
ONE | GT
ONE | GT will open in the winter of 2026 as Grand Cayman’s newest luxury boutique hotel, and will be part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The hotel will offer the island’s only rooftop bar and restaurant, complete with infinity pool, three dining venues, and an on-site cafe. Travelers can choose from 96 suites or 81 luxury residences for both longer-term stays and short vacations.
Dominican Republic
Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana

Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana will open in 2026 as an adults-only all-inclusive resort with 406 rooms, including suite and swim-up suite options. The resort will feature nine restaurants, including a farm-to-table concept in an organic garden, three pools, a convention center and the brands’ signature Unlimited-Luxury inclusions and Preferred Club amenities.
Turks & Caicos
Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos
Expected to open in 2026 is the Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos, a 56-room resort located only a few yards from Grace Bay Beach. The resort is set within mixed new and previously existing structures that have been completely renovated, offering a relaxing escape with an infinity pool, a restaurant, cafe, outdoor cinema and more. The resort will offer curated experiences off-property, like snorkeling.
Kimpton Turks & Caicos
Kimpton Turks & Caicos will open next year as a 192-room oceanfront resort. Every room offers a view of Grace Bay. The resort features three outdoor pools, a spa, fitness center and seven dining options. The brand’s amenity program includes in-room yoga mats, complimentary bikes and a pet-friendly policy.
Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay
Opening in May, 2026, the Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay will be the brand’s entry into the Caribbean region, offering 59 rooms and 74 residences, several dining areas and pools, a luxury spa with an indoor/outdoor concept, fitness center with garden yoga studio and more.
Treasure Beach Village, Beaches Turks & Caicos

While it isn’t a full resort, Beaches Turks & Caicos’ Treasure Beach Village is a major $150 million expansion, offering 101 multi-bedroom suites designed for families in the resort’s sixth village. The rooms range from two bedrooms to four bedrooms, with concierge and butler suite options, as well as even larger Treasure Beach CrystalSky Reserve Villas, which can accommodate up to ten guests across three stories, with a private pool and rooftop deck.
Guests of Treasure Beach Village can enjoy the new 15,000-square-foot infinity pool, six new food and beverage concepts, a cinema and more.
US Virgin Islands
The Botany
Opening next summer is The Botany, St. Thomas’s newest independent luxury hotel overlooking Botany Bay. The resort offers just 23 villas within a gated community, with one- to three-bedroom options. The Botany will feature amenities like a spa, coffee shop, two restaurants, two pools and trails for hiking, as well as the beach. Being an intimate property, it’s also available for buyouts for weddings, corporate retreats or other gatherings.
