CroisiEurope is launching river cruises on the Ganges River in India starting in February 2025.
Early next year, the river cruise operator will offer sailings on the Ganges aboard a specially designed ship, the RV Ganges Voyager.
Shore excursions will be led by local, English-speaking guides, who will take travelers to iconic destinations like Varanasi and Kolkata.
Onboard the CroisiEurope ship, chefs will use local ingredients to prepare authentic Indian cuisine. Guests will also be able to enjoy traditional music and dance performances, as well as local crafts and cultural activities.
“We are delighted to introduce our guests to the enchanting beauty and profound spirituality of the Ganges River,” according to a statement from the company.
“This new destination represents an exciting addition to our portfolio and a unique opportunity for travelers to immerse themselves in the rich heritage of India while enjoying the high standards of service and comfort that CroisiEurope is known for,” the statement continued.
